With my extensive knowledge and years involved in my own personal fitness transformation, I am that guy to take you on your journey. STEP 1:

FREE CONSULTATION

At the first stage we will discuss your goals, your current lifestyle and how we can reach those goals through diet and exercise. I will assess your body measurements and lifestyle so we can calculate the best approach for yourself. I will look at your lifestyle and how we can implement change with the smallest effect on your day to day routine.

STEP 2:

HEALTH ASSESSMENT & FITNESS TESTING

We will conduct a health assessment to indentify the medical needs of yourself and grasp the level of your current fitness level. This way through my fitness testing we can measure and review your progress and develop a programme suited to you.

STEP 3:

LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT & PLAN

This will give me a better understanding of your life, your daily schedule and help me design a specialised programme just for you. For example, exercise timing around children, when and what to eat at certain times of the day based on your lifestyle which supplies you with the most energy. Lowering your fatigue and maximising your potential. 

STEP 4:

NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS & PLAN

After diving into your statistics, for example, BMI, weight, height and activity levels, this gives me a number of maintenance calories you should be consuming. We look at what foods to consume, alternatives, foods you can't go without. I make sure it's all on a budget for you, as we want to have good nutrition as a habit with little change on your current eating. 

STEP 5:

EATING STRATEGY PLAN

If purchased, my 12-week tailored nutrition plan is where we look at your food consumption to maximise your results. Times to eat your food around your work and activities. I look at breaking down your calorie consumption and implementing food to benefit you. This is all done to suit your individual needs.

STEP 6:

FOOD SHOPPING COACHING

Food shopping, something some of us enjoy and some of us despise. However, when you understand how to shop correctly while avoiding the tempting processed sugary foods that are on promotion, you will grasp how to shop on a budget while improving your health and fitness. People are put off from healthy eating as its been known to be more expensive, but if you plan your meals, bulk out what you're buying, it will be cost effective and brilliant for your body. 

STEP 7:

ONE-TO-ONE EXERCISE

One to one coaching with me. I offer personal sessions where I push you through your boundaries while making you feel great. Depending on your goals, I will conduct the session accordingly and by the end you will feel like Mattahern_pt is the way to go!

STEP 8:

MINDSET COACHING

Mindset, something people don't pay enough attention to. Results won't occur in a day, your body has to adjust. It's a long process which you have to be fully committed behind. Feel confident in yourself and work towards achieving, long-term results and feeling better than ever.
