LINDSAY​

Lindsay came to me with a goal of being the lowest weight she has ever been. We worked hard twice a week together, she trained hard herself the other 3 days. We implemented a consistent decrease in her calories across 12 weeks. Hit each session harder and harder each week. I took the intensity of her training to a high level and you can clearly see the huge progress in a short space of time. This was all done while her still being able to eat the food she wanted, still going out for dinner and drinks. Why? Cause we adapted and overcome these hurdles and im so happy with the physique we achieved. 

LEONIE

Leonie came to me looking to for a kickstart and a reset. While maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle with diet control and regular exercise, she has lost 25lbs in such a short period of time! 10 Weeks in and we are smashing it. She is happy with the process,. Sticking to the plan and each week we are making more and more progress!

MORGAN

Morgan came to me early May 2021 looking to make a huge change in her life. Now July 2021, in 8-10 weeks we have dropped her from a size 16 to a size 10. This is only the beginning! Her strength has shot up starting a barbell squat at 30kg, now we are pushing 90kg! Her insight to nutrition and exercise has completely changed and i'm so happy for her.  Starting weight was 78kg and now she is 65kg!

 AIMEE


Aimee and her transformation!! In 12 weeks she has lost 20lbs! This was from my custom built nutrition plan, 2 lockdowns and gyms shutting and look how well she has done. Consistency, planning and following the plan always works. You have to be patient, with correct diet and calorie intake, nothing is impossible. I know this is only the start of her journey but look at how well shes done!


MIKE


Mike, where do i start? Came to me and wanted to put on size, build a bigger physique and overall feel healthier and more confident in his life. Now look at what he has achieved with the correct training, correct nutrition and correct mindset. Fast forward the months and even with Covid-19 breaking up our routine, he has got back on the horse and is putting out a great body. The size he has developed across his upper body, definition and mass on his arms. That tall, skinny physique has changed completely and I'm so proud of him. Looking forward to the next stage in his fitness journey with myself. He invested in what mattered most and look where is has taken him. Congratulations.

Georgia  


Georgia came to me back in june and we started with a session a week. We pushed this up to two a week, working towards her goals. Consistent diet and training has resulted in a completed transformation of her body. 30lbs down and we are not stopping there. Waist, sides and tummy are all coming in. Building up her core since having 3 children as well. Everything is going well and we are on the right track!


RHEA


Rhea and i starting working together as a part of an online client. She never once took part in a training session with me. Just followed a calorie guide with meal ideas. Was given workout plans to take part in the gym and she has lost 30lbs in 2 months. Incredible and i cant wait to see whats next!



RICHARD


Richard has been with me for a while now with goals of keeping his ability to do his marathons as well as stacking on some muscle. Hes doing so well putting the work in the gym while smashing his food at home. Onto many more workouts and i cant wait for the continued growth



HENRY


Henry has been stacking on size since being on my online training programs. We focused on those key areas of his shoulders and chest. As you can see this blew up. We are taking training up a level and most likely looking to compete in 2024. Lets Go!
